Any vegetable if not available you can skipp it.

In a wok add oil and Butter. Let the Butter Melt.

Then add chopped garlic and saute until its colour starts to change.

Now add carrots and baby corn, saute until half cooked. We will add veggies according to the time they take to cook.

Then add mushrooms, saute for 4-5 mins and then add zucchini and french beans. Saute them for 4-5 mins too.

Then add par boiled broccoli and purple cabbage, Saute for 2-3 mins.

At last add cubed bell peppers and saute for 1-2 mins not more than that. And yess do not slow down gas, cook on med to high flame only, that will retain its crunchiness.

Now add all the seasonings- Salt, Black Pepper, soy sauce, Vinegar, sesame seeds, sugar and green onions

Sprinkle some seaame seeds and green onions on plate too. Garnish with Lettuce Leaves.
