Ingredients

  1. Forveg manchurian
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1 cupcabbage
  4. 1 cup french beans
  5. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  8. 3 tsp maida
  9. 3 tbsp corn flour
  10. as requriedOil for frying
  11. For gravy-
  12. 2 tbsp olive oil
  13. 1 inchfinely chopped ginger
  14. 1chilli slit
  15. 4cloves garlic finely chopped
  16. 1/2onion finely chopped
  17. 1/2capsicum chopped
  18. 5 tbspspring onion chopped
  19. 2 tbsp vinegar
  20. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  21. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  22. 1 tablespoonschezwan sauce
  23. 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  24. as per taste Salt
  25. 1 cupwater
  26. Forslurry
  27. 2 tbspcorn flour
  28. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    For Manchurian balls. Firstly chopped carrot and cabbage in a chopper. And cut french beans into small pieces.

    Take all veggies in one bowl.

  3. 3

    Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper and mix it.

  4. 4

    Now add maida n cornflour to it. Mix it slowly so vegetables will not lose their water.

  5. 5

    Mix n bind it properly like a dough. Now prepare a small ball sized balls.

  6. 6

    Deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.

  7. 7

    Drain off the Manchurian balls and keep them aside.

    Now for gravy heat olive oil in a pan and saute ginger, garlic, slit chili, and 2 tbs spring onion.

    Add onion and stir fry on high flame. Saute for one min now add capsicum and stir fry until it shrinks slightly.

    Add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and stir it. Add black pepper and salt and stir making sure all the sauces are well combined.

    Add water and boil on a medium flame. Mix well. Pour cornflour slurry and mix well.

    Continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy. Add spring onion to it.

    Add in prepared veg Manchurian balls. Garnish with spring onion.

    Finally serve veg Manchurian gravy with fried rice.
