Ingredients

  • 100 gramsCake flour
  • 80 gramsSugar
  • 1 tbspMatcha
  • 300 mlWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift the cake flour and matcha together.

  2. 2

    Add sugar to the flour mixture from Step 1 and mix well, then add water a little at a time to avoid creating lumps.

  3. 3

    Strain the liquid from ingredients in Step 2, and pour into a mold. Cook for 7 minutes at 600 W.
