In a deep pan pour ghee and curry leaves.After it mix makhana and stir it for 5-7 minutes.

It's become crunchy then mix black pepper,salt,chat masala,ajwain powder, Maggi masala e magic and stir it for a minute and turn off the gas.

Now in a separate bowl take Hung yoghurt and stir it till it become smooth. Mix roasted chilli powder,jeera powder in it.

Now to serve it keep some fried makhana in a plate and spread some yoghurt on it so than makhana covered with yoghurt. Salt is already in makhana so spread a pinch of Black salt,green chutney, coriander leaves and tamarind chutney on it.

Enjoy licking and crunchy makhana bhalla with spicy taste.

🥺🥺 pour yoghurt on makhana just before eating to get crunchy and juicy taste.
