Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  • 1 cupchopped methi leaves
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • per tasteSalt
  • 2 tspdahi
  • 1 tspred chilli pow
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tspwhite til
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • as requiredOil or ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl add wheat flour,besan,chopped methi leaves, dahi

    Add all dry masalas with white til,and add water and make a dough out of it,rest for 10 min

    Make paratha out of dough and cook from both the sides using ghee or oil

    Serve this with dahi or any pickle
