Methi paratha

Wash and chop the methi leaves.

In a mixing bowl add methi, onion, green chilli and all the spices. Mix it.

Add flour in it. Mix all the things together. Gradually add water and make semi soft dough. Add 1 tbsp oil and make it smooth. Keep aside.

Heat tawa. Make Paratha from dough. Place it on tawa.
- 5
Apply ghee or oil both the sides and cook on medium heat, till it becomes crispy from both the sides.

Make all the parathas from same method.
