You don't have to peel the potatoes, just wash and dice every one into four pieces.

Put on a baking tray. Add melted butter, salt, black pepper and curry

Crush the garlic and add to the potatoes

Chop the parsley into smaller pieces and add to the potatoes also

Stir well.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Roast for 35-45 minutes
