  1. 1boneless, skinless chicken breast (cutlet)
  2. 9 ozsmoked bacon (about 250 grams)
  3. 3green onions
  4. 1green bell pepper
  5. 1red bell pepper
  6. 1yellow bell pepper
  7. 9 ozmushrooms (about 250 grams)
  8. 1large white onion
  9. garlic salt, to taste
  10. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil (15 ml)
  11. fajita seasoning, to taste

    Heat a large skillet on the stove and add the tablespoon of oil.

    Cut the bacon into small pieces, add to the skillet, and cook until it releases its fat and turns golden. Stir constantly to prevent sticking or burning. Remove the bacon and set aside.
