1 cupwheat flour
3/4 cupjowar flour
1/2 cupbesan
1 tbsp ginger garlic green Chilli paste
2 tbsp curd
1 tsp haldi
1 tspsalt
1 tspdhania powder
1 tspJeera powder
1 tbsp oil
as neededGhee
as per needFew leaves of palak
as requiredFew leaves of spring onion
1grated carrot
As neededWater

Take all flours add the masalas,add spring onion, palak chopped finely and carrot grated.

Make a tough dough adding water,take small ball and roll into chapati,cook on both side applying ghee,serve with chutney
3

Healthy thepla is ready and kotmir or methi and other vegetables.
