Take a grinding jar.add chicken mince,ginger garlic paste, broken whole green chilies,and all powder spices mention above for making koftas.grind all together it helps to combine all spices with chicken mince.transfer in a plate.

Now add finely chopped onion, green chillies and mint leaves.mix well.add chick pea flour mix nicely. make lemon size balls.

In a pan add oil heat it and shallow fry all kofta on medium flame until they turn golden brown.keep in a plate

In a wok add 3 tbsp oil heat it.add onion paste and saute until they turn golden brown.add ginger garlic paste saute few seconds until raw smell goes. add all powder spices and salt, cook for 4-5 minutes till the oil release.add water and garam masala powder just give a boil.turn off the flame.

In a serving bowl pour some gravy add koftas in it garnish with coriander leaves then serve with roti or naan
