Ingredients

5 minutes
  • 1egg (frozen and thawed)
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 2 Tbsprice vinegar
  • 200 mlgood quality oil (such as avocado, light olive, MTC etc.)

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    In the hand blender cup, add all the ingredients except the oil and mix until smooth.

  2. 2

    Slowly add the oil while blender is on to emulsify.

  3. 3

    Put it in a clean glass jar and keep it in the fridge.
