Heat palm oil and g/nut oil with onions add blended tomatoes and peppers add ginger and garlic paste.

Stir fry and add beef and it's stock add seasonings and spices cover and allow to boil add moringa with more onions and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with swallow of choice or anything.
