I tried making bread in the bread maker using gluten-free flour.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 300 gramsGluten-free flour
  2. 10 gramsBeet sugar (or sugar)
  3. 25 gramsHoney
  4. 1Egg
  5. 6 gramsSalt
  6. 170 gramsWater
  7. 20 gramsButter
  8. 4 1/5 gramsDried yeast

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat the egg and mix together with the water.

  2. 2

    Add the egg liquid to the bread case, then add the remaining ingredients. Put the yeast in it's specified slot.

  3. 3

    Put the bread case in the bread maker and select the rice flour option (not wheat flour).
