Cut the bread into cubes.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Add the sugar and continue whisking. Add the melted butter and whisk again, then pour in the milk and mix well. Stir in the raisins and vanilla extract.

Add the bread cubes to the mixture and let them soak up the liquid.

Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C).

Place paper liners in a muffin tin. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups and top with a few extra raisins.

Bake at 430°F (220°C) for 25 minutes.
