Heat oil in a kadhai adds ginger garlic paste followed by chopped onions and green chilies. Saute till onions turn translucent then add dry spices. Mix it well and add chopped tomatoes, cook the mixture until tomatoes become soft.

Now add crumbled paneer and saute for a while then add coriander leaves. Paneer topping is ready.

Heat a tawa and toast the bread by adding ghee and then add tomato sauce to the bread slice, apply paneer mixture over it and let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Healthy paneer taste is ready to serve.
