Chop all your veggies and keep aside. in a clean bowl sieve in flour add yeast, sugar, salt and mix well make a well at the centre add oil and warm water, u can you warm milk. Knead well until a soft dough is achieved. Keep in a warm place to rise for an hour or until double in size.

Punch the air down and quickly knead the dough, then divide into 2. Roll each and use your finger tips to make the edge like bowl. Scoop the tomato sauce on top, spread it with spoon add meat kebab, add onions, carrots and green pepper.

Bake in preheated oven and serve when done.
