Bread Made With Calpis

I planned to use milk, but was drawn in by the Calpis sitting next to it and decided to try using that instead. It was more delicious than I expected.
Now if it doesn't include Calpis, it feels like something's missing and is unsatisfying.
You can arrange this recipe in different ways.
In the Summer, it's best if you use the Calpis Water right out of the fridge.
I used Rice Flour (with Gluten) but you can use gluten free too.
You can also replace it with any other type of flour for this recipe. Recipe by Inu 3hiki mo kazoku

Character Bread Funasshii Kabocha Squash Bread Character Bread Funasshii Kabocha Squash Bread
I made Funasshii shaped onigiri, so I was wondering if I could make Funasshii shaped buns too.Depending on the moisture content of the kabocha squash paste, the dough might become too wet when adding it in, making it hard to handle. In this case, dust the dough with flour and bring it together.I use my oven's bread proofing setting (about 30 minutes at 35°C). For 3 buns (each about 13 cm [5.1 in] diameter). Make Chewy Bread with Mochi Make Chewy Bread with Mochi
We received a bunch of mochi for my daughters first birthday and I cut it up and then left it in the freezer for ages. To be honest, I don't really like mochi, but it's considered lucky so it didn't seem right to throw it away. Then I saw a recipe that involved kneading cooked rice into bread dough so I thought, maybe you can make bread with mochi too!?After heating and melting the mochi, add water back to the mix to bring it to 220 g. A lot of water is lost in the heating process.Every oven is different and has it's own quirks, so please adjust this recipe based on how you know your oven works. Fig Soda Bread Fig Soda Bread
I found this soda bread recipe when I wanted to make bread but was feeling too lazy to let the dough rise.Since I love figs, I used semi-dried figs this time, but nuts or any other dried fruits should taste good also. When you add the milk and yogurt, add about 30 ml each time and check the consistency, instead of adding it all at once. If the dough seems too wet, dust it with some flour to hold it together. Cold bread will be tasty again if you reheat it in the microwave. Recipe by ayaico cookpad.japan -
