If you wrap the sandwich tightly with plastic wrap, it'll be easier to cut.

Cooking Instructions

Spread the mustard on the bread and top with lettuce.

Mix together the ketchup and sauce and coat the katsu. Spread a lot of sauce on it.

Top the lettuce with the katsu.

Spread on mayonnaise to taste and press the top slice of bread down.

If you wrap the sandwich with plastic wrap, it's easy to cleanly slice.

Take off the plastic wrap and enjoy! If it's for a lunch box, you can leave the wrap on until it's time to eat.
