1. In a mixing bowl add maize flour, salt, and pepper, carrom seeds.

Add leftover dal and grated cauliflower. Mix well.

Now add a little warm water in it and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside for five minutes.

Divide the dough into small equal balls.

Take each ball dampened between palms to make a roti of medium thickness.

Second option is roll out each ball between the folds of greased plastic sheet.

Heat tawa on medium heat. Put some oil on it.

. Place roti on it. Flip it after one minute.

Sprad some ghee on it. Turn over.

Cook until both sides become crispy and golden.

It's ready. Serve hot with butter and curd
