This word choba relates to desiccated coconut powder ,sugar & fry fruits mixture prepared for stuffing in puris . It’s a traditionally prepared dish since my childhood by my mom and we followed it till now . This puris are made in many variations. Mainly it’s prepared using Khoya (mawa) stuffing ,chana dal halwa stuffing ,Masoor dal halwa stuffing etc. I have already posted all variations on my profile previously but this is the one I have not posted yet . So it’s time to present this dish too in kitchen special recipes.

Firstly we will knead the dough and cover it with muslin cloth for 30 minutes. Further knead the dough until soften and gradually dived into balls with all the dough. Take a rolling mat a roller pin start to roll each puri then do the stuffing. It’s very simple mix all ingredients of stuffing together toss well and it’s ready. Add each tablespoon of stuffing in each puri.

Gradually prepare all in similar fashion.now in a preheated Kadhai add oil while it’s hot set it on low flame burner until all puris are fried.

While puris are golden remove them it’s perfect colour. Our deliciously awesome choba puris are ready to relish.can be enjoyed with Kheer or we like it as it is for tea-time snacks. This can also be stored in an air-tight container for about 10 days.
