Cheese Fondue-Style Dressing

My family doesn't like cheese so much, so rather than fondue, I made this kind of cheesy dish.
Adjust the amount of salt depending on the saltiness of the cheese. You can add some bread, potatoes, or wiener sausages to make this more filling. Recipe by leaf mama

Cooking Instructions

Boil the broccoli.
- 2
Melt the butter and flour in a frying pan while stirring to keep it from burning.

Add the milk a little at a time and it will become smooth.
- 4
Add the cheese. Let it melt until it's your desired thickness. Adjust with milk.

Top the broccoli with the sauce and season with black pepper and salt.
