Cauliflower balls and peas curry: (Gobhi ke kofte aur mater Curry)

Wash cauliflower florets and dry well.
Grate cauliflower florets in a bowl and add all ingredients then mix well. Do not add any water because cauliflower has lots of their own water so mix well until it becomes like a soft dough. - 2
Grease your hands with oil and make 12 equal sized balls then set a side.
Take a nonstick pan, add oil and shallow fry all balls till nice and golden brown on all sides. Fry cauliflowers balls in batches.
Take them out on kitchen paper towel to wipe off excess oil and set aside.

🌻HOW TO MAKE a GRAVY:
Heat up 4 tbsp oil in nonstick pan add the onions and sauté till nice and golden brown then add ginger, garlic paste and stir well. Add 1/4 cup water then add all spices and fry well till all oil come up at the surface then add peas. - 4
Cook well then add 1 cup boiled water, cover with lid and simmer on a slow flame till all peas are cook well. Then add all cauliflower balls, lemon juice, green chilli and fresh chopped coriander, sprinkle pinch of garam masala, cover again and simmer on a slow flame for about 5-6 mins more.
Turn the stove off and serve immediately with rice, roti or naan.
