Steps

Finely chop the walnuts.

Put ☆ ingredients in a deep dish, and mix well. Add milk little by little, and stir. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave it for 1 minutes and 20 seconds on high.

Remove from the microwave, stir, then microwave it again for another 1 ~ 1.5 minutes covered.

When it's well mixed, add the walnuts from Step 1 and knead it with a spatula until it becomes shiny.

Sprinkle katakuriko in a tray, place Step 4, and form into a stick.

Cut Step 5 into 12 even pieces, and roll into balls.
