In Gujarati people bottle gourd halwa is very much famous and liked. I have added dryfruit to it and have made bottle gourd dryfruit halwa.
It's made from natural things and it's tasty and healthy.

In Gujarati people bottle gourd halwa is very much famous and liked. I have added dryfruit to it and have made bottle gourd dryfruit halwa.
It's made from natural things and it's tasty and healthy.
Steps

Wash bottle gourd with clean water peel it and grate it with the help of a grater.

In a pan heat ghee and add almond, cashewnut sand raisin and roast it. Then take it out from the pan and keep aside.

Then in the same pan add grated bottle gourd and roast it on medium flame for 5 mins.

Now add milk to it. Keep on stirring it till half of the milk quantity is burnt.

Afterwards add condensed milk and sugar and mix it well and cook it for 5 mins again.

Now add the roasted dryfruit, cardamom powder and green food colour and mix it well.

After the milk gets thick turn off the gas and take the halwa in a plate and sprinkle almonds chips and serve it.
