Slice the chicken breast into strips. Sauté in a little oil. When cooked through, about 15 minutes, add the chopped onion and garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until the liquid has evaporated, about 8 to 10 minutes. Slice the bell peppers and zucchini, then add the bell peppers.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (15 ml) and 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar (2 grams). Stir, and after 3 minutes, add the zucchini, another tablespoon of soy sauce (15 ml), and another 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar (2 grams). Stir and cook for 5 more minutes. Done!
