Soak the rice,dal & methidana together for 3 hours. Wash a poha and keep a side for 1 hour.

Grind the rice and dal mixture. Than add the poha and grinding till thick smooth batter. Covered and keep aside batter 7 to 8 hour for fermenting.

After fermented batter add the salt and mix well.Heat the dosa tawa on medium

Pour the ladleful of batter and spread out circular motion slightly thick than regular dosa.

Spread the 1tablespoon butter all sides and bake till both sides are golden brown. Than remove on plate.

A delicious, sponge crispy davangere dhosa ready for serve. Serve with coconut chutney and potatoes subji..
