First wash mangoes and chopped roughly. Then cut the bananas and cut them.

Put all ingredients into the mixer jar and grind it in thick texture.

If you don't like thicker then add some milk.if you like more sweet add sugar.grind it again.

Now dip the edges of glass in honey Then dip in oats.

Now pour your smoothie in a glass and garnish with finely chopped mangoes,sprinkle some oats and pumpkin seeds. Now your smoothie is ready serve it.
