  • Grated scotch bonnet

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil ur liver for 5-7mins

  2. 2

    In a pan add in 2spoons of oil, scotch bonnet n onions. Stir for 1min.

  3. 3

    Add in carrots, green beans n liver and stir for 2-3mins on a low heat.

  4. 4

    Add in green bell peppe, red bell peppe and scrambled eggs and spices stir for 1min.
