Rolled Omelettes with Chikuwa Fish Cakes and Green Onion for Lunchboxes

This was my husband's idea.
If you make it with only 1 egg, make sure to adjust the amount of seasoning and fillings.
Do not add too much of the filling, or you will not be able to roll up with omelet as well. It's better to roll it up quickly over medium to high heat. Adjust the amount of sugar as you like. Recipe by Yuukarikoara

Steps
- 1
Roughly chop the chikuwa. Mince the green onion into small rounds. Mix all the ingredients (except for the oil) together in a bowl.
- 2
Pour the vegetable oil into a pan, followed by the mixture from Step 1.
- 3
Roll up Step 1 in several segments.
- 4

Here's what I made with one egg for a packed lunch.
