Skipjack Tuna in Garlic and Soy Sauce

My son doesn't like raw skipjack tuna, so I made this with his favourite garlic sauce. He gobbled it up.
It will dry out if you cook it completely, so avoid overcooking. Do your best! Recipe by SORAKH

Steps
- 1
Cut the fish into thick slices.
- 2
Grate garlic and combine with the seasonings.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan. In medium heat, line the fish on the pan.
- 4
It will cook quickly, so it's a race against time! When one side is browned, add the seasonings and stop the heat.
- 5
Gently brown the other side in residual heat and coat with the sauce.
- 6
Plate and top with thinly sliced green onions to finish!
