  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • For handi:-
  • Make a paste
  • 1tomato
  • 2onion
  • 5-6Garlic
  • 1 pieceGinger blend all
  • 1 tspred chillies
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 1 cupmayonnaise

  1. 1

    Make a paste of onion, garlic, tomato, ginger thin paste

    Add 1/2 cup of oil in handi. Add paste add drumstick

    Fry for 5 mnts add spices

    Add 1 cup of dahi and mix cover it until oil seperates

    And add green chillies now add 1 cup of mayonnaise add mix well now

    Add 1 tsp of garam masala now simmer it for 2 mins
