Cooking Instructions

First wash sprouted moth,cook it in pressure cooker by adding 1/2 TSP turmeric powder n 2 pinch salt in 2 whistles.

Saute onion tomato make fine paste in mixer

Now heat oil, add cumin seeds,when splutters slow the flame,add red chilli powder,Garam masala,turmeric powder,mix n add 2 TSP water so that the spices do not burn.

Now add the paste in mixer,ginger garlic paste,mix well.

Saute for 2 minutes till it leaves the oil

Add cooked moth

Mix well,add salt,little green coriander add 2 glass water or you need rassa.Let it boil for 5 minutes after starts boiling!

Now while serving add mashed potato in serving boil add some farsan then add moth,pour rassa over it,add again farsan over it,add cut onion,green coriander on top,serve hot with pav.
