Risotto is a classic Italian dish,made of Arborio Rice and Cheese. It's creamy and slightly gooey consistency,soft flavour.

Risotto is a classic Italian dish,made of Arborio Rice and Cheese. It's creamy and slightly gooey consistency,soft flavour.
Steps

Take rice clean in a kitchen towel.Arbotio rice no wash and no soak in water.

Take a wok add 2 tsp olive oil put garlic saute in few seconds then add sliced mushroom saute in 5 minutes. Keep aside.

Take a wok or deep pan put 2tsp butter and olive oil then add onion saute 2 or 3 minutes then add rice saute in 2 minutes add 2 cups of vegetable stock, salt mix cook for 3 minutes, or till vegetable stock get evaporated.

Repeat again 4 cups of vegetable stock add put black pepper and saute mushrooms mix and cook.

Then add remaining vegetable stock, butter, and fresh cream mix and cook.

Then switch off the flame add grated processed cheese and dry oregano mix well.

Take a serving bowl put Creamy Mushroom Risotto then enjoy hot.
