Sift the flours together into a bowl.

Next add the beet sugar and salt, and mix well.

Add the olive oil and mix well until crumbly.

Knead with your hands until the dough comes together.

Roll out the dough until it's about 1-cm thick. (You can use a rolling pin or the palm of your hand.)

Preheat the oven to 170℃.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, then arrange the dough on the sheet.

Bake for 13-16 minutes at 170℃ and they're done!
