Ingredients

  • 1 kgKeri
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1 tspkalonji
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspmix red chilli
  • 1 pinchorange food colour
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take Keri and peel of and cut in cubes

  2. 2

    Take water and boil it

  3. 3

    Add Keri in it and cook for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add sugar, salt, chilli, food colour and cookit until thick

  5. 5

    Add kalonji in it
