This is a famous maharashtrian dish..and its origin is from Kolhapur
Cooking Instructions

Fine chop the onions tomatos garlic

Grind the shredded coconut woth garlic to a coarse paste

Take a pan add some oil and put some rai and jeera to once they splinter add the chopped onions and tomatoes and saute for about 5 mins

Once onions and tomatoes are sauted add the coconut paste and saute

In a separate bowl mix a spoonful of red chilli powder, misal masala,dhaniya powder,haldi, garam masala,goda masala and salt.
Incase you like it spicy you can add more of the masalas - 6
Once you smell the flavours of.the masalas you can add the boiled green sprouts and about 3 glasses of water about 300 ml. The constitency of this receipe should be watery

Cover it with a lid and allow it boil for a few mins

In the mean while you can head a pan and add some butter to saute the pav as per required..

For the plating.. take a bowl put the matki tari as its called traditionally then add some farsan onions tomatoes and sqeeze a bit of lemon on it
And enjoy it with the buttered pav.
You can accompany it with a bowl of curd as well
This receipe is mainly for people you love it hot and spicy
