Steps

Prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting them slices preferably and set aside

Wash and cut the beef,cow skin,stock fish,dried fish,and set aside

Put the meat,opals, stockfish,cow skin,and dried fish in a pot add little water,bay leaves onion (chopped)and small salt.cook until all the meat is properly cooked

When the meat is done add dried fish,after 5mint,add loco's beans,palm oil, ground pepper and cry fish boil. for 10 minutes add seasoning

Add water leave cook for 3mnt then add ugu leave stir throughly then leave to dinner for 5mnt in a low heat.

Your soup is ready serve with Amala,Eba, Pounded yam,fufu,Towon alkama,semo,Dalayi or any swallow you like
