Heat oil in a pan add asafoetida, curry leave,musterd seed and cumin seed

Till onion shallow fry add ginger and garlic paste

Fry till red add tomato

Add red chilli powder

Fry it 5 second add 1 glass water

When all msala and water is boil add daal in it

Now daal is ready for serving
