Steps

Wash all vegetables properly

Wash,,peel,Potato,onion and bitter gourd.and cut the other veggies.

Heat oil In a pan for shallow frying.add one by one veggies in pan and fry it.cook and fry veggies are soft and crispy.and take a plate In a veggies add salt,chaat masala.

Take an tawa and place it on the gas and heat it add vegetable oil 3 tbsp and heat it and add the chopped onion,Ginger paste and mix well and cook for light brown.

Add the tomato and green chilli purée.mix it. add turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder red chilli power fennel seeds powder and mix it.

Add fresh cream and Honey and gream masala to it. Stir and cook the greay until oil separates from it.

Add salt, fenureek leaves to it. after roasting masala mixture add Coriander leaves to it stir and mix well. Off the flame

Arrange the cooked veggies in it.you can serve all the veggies likewise.
