Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel the skin off of the daikon radish, and cut into 3cm thick round slices. Put the daikon radish in a heatproof dish and cover with plastic film. Microwave at 500W for 7 minutes. In the meantime, cut the garlic into thin slices.

Heat a frying-pan, then spread vegetable oil over the base. Line the garlic and daikon radish in the pan, and cook over medium heat. Put the garlic on top of the daikon radish if it looks like the garlic will burn.
- 3
Cook both sides of the daikon radish. Add the soy sauce and butter to coat the daikon radish and garlic to finish!

Pork Loin with Piping Hot & Thick Daikon Radish Sauce Pork Loin with Piping Hot & Thick Daikon Radish Sauce
Grated daikon goes well with hamburger steaks or grilled meat. I also eat grated daikon in the winter, and one day I thought, "That's it!" and got the idea of thickening with katakuriko. Grated daikon served piping hot is so good.Make the meat flat and spread it out as wide as possible (This is because we will top with grated daikon and eat.) Thicken the sauce a little heavy with katakuriko. Drain the grated daikon water well. The seasoning for the sauce will taste better if it's on the salty side. Serve with a spoon so you can finish both the meat and sauce. For 2 servings. Recipe by Rena0601 cookpad.japan -
