☆ Taiwanese Home Cooking ☆ Pan-Fried Ground Beef ☆

After making the daikon radish pies, I made another version with beef.
Be sure to use chopsticks when mixing with the hot water.
If you add katakuriko to the filling, the meat won't dry out. Recipe by nishiki mama

Steps
- 1
Mix the flour, vegetable oil, and hot water together with chopsticks. Cool a bit, then knead the dough and let sit for about 15 minutes. Divide into 5 portions and form into balls.
- 2
Once you finely chop the green onions, mix the ingredients and seasonings together.
- 3
Flatten the dough balls and use a rolling pin to roll them out to about 10 cm diameter. Top with the fillings and wrap them up.
- 4
Heat a little oil (not listed) in a frying pan and slowly cook both sides over low heat.
