Steps

Take sugar in a pan. Add 1/4cup water. Cook on a slow flame. Till dissolve sugar.

Now take a cornflour in a bowl and add 1cup of water mix well. Make sure not lumps found.

Add lemon juice and cornflour mixture in a sugar mixture. Stir cont on slow flame. Till mixture looks semi thick 1tsp ghee add colour and stir. Again add 1tsp ghee and add chopped almond mix properly stir cont.till mixture combine lastly add rest of ghee mix properly. Turoff flame. Add vanillaessance and mix well.

Transfer into grease container. And allow it to cool on room temp. Approx. 1/2hr. Cut in to pieces. Garnish with Chopped pistachio sprinklers and petals.
