This is an amazing main dish. Whenever I make Bolognese sauce, I always save some in the freezer—then everything is easier! Just make a béchamel sauce, grab some mozzarella from the fridge, and you’re all set.

1 cupBolognese sauce (about 250 grams, prepared and frozen)
2/3 cupbéchamel sauce (about 150 grams)
3 1/4 cupssedani pasta or your favorite pasta (about 300 grams)
1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
1 ball mozzarella cheese

Cook the pasta. Mix it with the Bolognese sauce and béchamel, then add the mozzarella cheese.

Add the Parmesan cheese, mix well, and transfer everything to a baking dish.

Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
