Method for Vegetable
Fry onions in oil, saute a bit add potatoes and stir fry.
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, Coriander as per mentioned above.
Add half cup water & stir for a minute then add tomatoes.
Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
Then add all vegetables in it. Put half litre water & Stir well. Put it on low flame.

Method for Muthiya
Take bajra flour, add Salt, coconut powder, methi and oil in it.
Make a dough with sufficient water.
After kneading take some of portion of flour in hand press it with your fingers.
You can use oil before pressing it with Your bare hands.
Set all Muthiya aside.

Assembling
Check your vegetables cooking on a low flame.
Put all Muthiyas in the vegetable gravy. Don't mix it otherwise it will broke inside. Leave it for 15 min so all the Muthiya will be cooked inside.
Check the gravy if you feel it's not thick then take half cup bajra flour mix in water make a paste of it then add in vegetable pot, your gravy will becomes thick.
Leave it for a while until oil comes on top.
Place it in a dish garnish with lemon & serve hot.
