I love marscapone cheese, so I tried matching it with cured ham.
It goes great with wine.

The key is to fully flavor the vegetables with Krazy salt! If you don't, they won't taste right. By separating the vegetables and cured ham when rolling, the cured ham will look great. Recipe by YUYUcafe

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4 sliceCured ham
  2. 4Fresh spring roll wrappers
  3. 2bunches Mizuna greens
  4. 1/2Carrot
  5. 50 gramsMascarpone cheese
  6. 1Krazy salt
  7. 1Chili sauce
  8. 1Tomato

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the mizuna and cut into 3 cm lengths. Julienne the carrots.

    Spray water on the spring roll wrappers and use parchment paper to blot excess water.

  3. 3

    Top the part of the wrapper closest to you with the mizuna and carrots. Sprinkle Krazy Salt and lay pieces of mascapone cheese.

    Wrap up the vegetables, top with ham, and wrap the remaining part of the wrapper.

  5. 5

    Make four wraps, transfer to a dish, and serve. Finally, garnish with tomatoes and mizuna.
