Ingredients

2 servings
  • 300 gramsFresh sashimi grade tuna
  • 4 tbsp★Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp★Sake
  • 1/2 tsp★Garlic (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp★Ginger (finely grated)
  • 1Katakuriko (or flour)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together the ★ ingredients, cut the tuna, and marinade for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Coat Step 1 with katakuriko or flour and fry in oil (the picture shows tuna fried with katakuriko).
