Marinade meat with dark & light soy and corn flour, wine, half the salt and sugar and sesame oil

Cut Capsicum into slices

When ready to cook, add water and let the pork absorb the water and add corn flour to mix.

Fry Capsicum till soft. Remove.

Fry ginger and garlic, then add meat. Cook on high heat so meat will be tender until 80% done

Add in Capsicums

Mix in rest of salt n sugar, add corn flour to thicken gravy
