Today I made appe full of vegetables as all vegetables contains vitamin, minerals, beta kerotin . All kids will surely like this receipe.It provides full source of energy.
Steps

Take suji add curd and soak with water for half hour.finely chop all the vegetables

Add ginger, chilli paste. Garlic paste, salt,sugar. Then add all chopped vegetables in suji mixture

In small kadhai add oil & make tampering of mustard seeds, asafoitida,curry leaves. Add tampering in appe mixture.

Then add eno and Mix all well. Grease appe pan with sime oil. Then put appe batter in appe pan. Cover with lid. When one side done turn it to other side.

Serve vegetable appe with tomato sauce.
