Oven baked tilapia and asparagus

Cooking Instructions

Lay tilapia filets and asparagus(make sure to trim fibrous ends) on one sheet of aluminum. Coat them thinly with olive oil.

Squeeze lemon over filets

Season filets and asparagus with salt pepper seafood rub paprika and cayenne(optional)

Lay slices of butter over the filets and asparagus. Lay jalapeño slices over the fish (optional)

Lay another layer of aluminum foil over the fish and asparagus and crimp it together with the bottom sheet to form a seal. Make sure to crimp “up and over” to seal in juices

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of filets. Serve and careful opening. Remove jalapeños before serving
