I had a little beef left in the refrigerator so I though of a side dish for a packed lunch and wanted to make something different from the usual.

This is delicious to make replacing the beef for pork or chicken. Recipe by annnnn

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 80 gramsThinly sliced beef
  2. 1 pinch* Salt and pepper
  3. 1 dashless than 1 tablespoon * Flour
  4. 1/4of a medium size Onion
  5. 1 tsp☆Curry powder
  6. 2 tspKetchup
  7. 2 tsp☆ Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  8. 1 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the ☆ ingredients.

  2. 2

    Cut the beef into bite sized pieces and coat the beef with the * ingredients. Slice the onion.

  3. 3

    Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the onions, then the beef.

  4. 4

    When the beef is cooked, add the condiment you mixed at step 1. Cook for a minute and it's done.

    It's great for obento.
